BuyBulk India ("we", "us", "our") operates this B2B clothing & footwear lot/auction platform, on which Clients (brand/stock owners) list FG1 stock lots for registered buyers to inspect, bid on and purchase. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information from businesses that register as buyers, sellers or Clients on our platform. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Auction Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

• Business details: company name, business type, GST/registration details
• Contact information: contact person name, email address, mobile number
• Account credentials and verification data (OTP verification records)
• Bidding activity: bids placed, lots viewed, auction participation, transaction history
• Pre-auction preview attendance and inspection records for a lot
• Pickup, warehouse and delivery details for lots you purchase
• Payment and pro-forma invoice records (we do not store full card/bank credentials)
• Resale/reseller declarations relevant to the Tier-2/Tier-3 territory restriction on de-branded lots
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your business identity via Mobile OTP and Email OTP
• To send pre-auction preview invites and process auction bids
• To determine and notify winning bidders for a lot
• To send transactional communications (confirmations, notifications, payment and pickup updates)
• To coordinate pickup/logistics, payment collection and inspection for closed lot deals
• To verify compliance with resale-territory and no-e-commerce-resale conditions applicable to certain lots
• To improve platform security and prevent fraudulent bidding or account misuse

4. Anonymous Buying & Selling

To protect business identities, buyer and Client details are kept confidential during live bidding. Identity is only disclosed to the counterparty once a lot deal is confirmed and disclosure is required for pickup, logistics or payment.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or business data. Information is shared only: with verified counterparties for completion of a confirmed lot deal; with warehouse/logistics and payment partners strictly to fulfil pickup and payment for that deal; and with Clients where needed to notify a winning bid, arrange the pre-auction preview, or intimate a pickup location. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Brand & De-Branding Information

Where a lot involves de-branded or brand-restricted Goods, related brand/trademark information is shared with you strictly for the purpose of that transaction and is subject to the confidentiality, no-advertising and no-e-commerce-resale conditions in our Terms & Conditions. Auction documents (Excel/Word/PDF) shared for a lot must not be redistributed outside that purpose.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, bidding and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for as long as needed to meet accounting, tax, legal and dispute-resolution requirements.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted bidding, secure OTP verification and access-controlled admin review to protect your information.

9. Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your business account data by contacting us at buybulkindia@gmail.com. Some data (e.g. completed transaction and invoice records) may need to be retained even after a deletion request, to the extent required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
