By registering for and using the BuyBulk India platform, your business agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions below. In these Terms, "Clients" refers to the brand/stock owners who consign or list goods for auction on BuyBulk India, and "the Company" / "the Buyer" refers to the registered bidder who purchases a lot. Lot-specific bidding rules are covered separately in our Auction Terms & Conditions.
Payment is required as 100% advance against a mail working / pro-forma invoice, before dispatch or handover of the Goods.
The Goods are sold on a "no claim" basis for FG1 stock.
Where Goods are to be de-branded, this will be notified to the bidder/buyer at the time of the auction/lot deal.
The Goods shall be inspected by the bidder/buyer at the pre-auction preview held at the specified location, as per the invite sent by Clients. Bidders are encouraged to complete this inspection before placing a bid, as no claim is entertained after purchase is confirmed.
No return, refund or claim is allowed on a lot once it is bought, or once purchase of the lot has been confirmed by the buyer.
The stock/lot shall be picked up by the buyer from the specified location/warehouse as intimated by Clients, entirely at the buyer's own cost. Failure to pick up the Goods within the intimated timeline shall not entitle the buyer to any claim pertaining to the availability of the said Goods.
Upon delivery of the Goods, the Company (buyer) shall be entitled to sell the said lots/items only to resellers/lot dealers located in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities within the territory of India, as listed in Annexure – A-1.
The Goods shall not be sold by the buyer on any e-commerce website or marketplace-model website, including but not limited to sale through any other online portal, social media, or similar online channel.
The lot buyer shall not advertise or market the Goods using the logo, brand name or trademark associated with the Goods.
Our Clients make no warranty that the Goods purchased by the Company using the Auction Platform shall meet the Company's expectations as to quality, quantity or in any other respect. All lots/items are sold strictly on an "As Is" basis.
These Terms & Conditions may be modified, amended or changed by Clients at any point in time, and any such change shall be intimated to buyers/bidders accordingly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
