1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the BuyBulk India platform, your business agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

BuyBulk India is open to registered businesses only — manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, exporters, distributors and retailers. Individual/personal accounts are not permitted.

3. Account Verification

All accounts must complete Mobile OTP and Email OTP verification, along with business document review, before gaining full access to bidding or listing features.

4. Bidding Rules

1. All bids must meet or exceed the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) stated on the auction.
2. Submitted bids are binding — once selected as the winning bid, the bidder is obligated to proceed with the transaction.
3. BuyBulk India's admin team reserves the right to review, verify and, where necessary, reject any bid.
4. The auction ends at the stated countdown timer expiry; late bids will not be accepted.

5. Winner Selection & e-Auction Closure

The winning bidder is selected based on the highest verified bid and notified via email. Once selected, both parties must complete the transaction (payment, logistics, inspection) within the agreed delivery timeline. The e-auction is marked closed upon successful completion.

6. Seller Obligations

Sellers must accurately represent product quantity, quality, MOQ and starting price. Misrepresentation of listed inventory may result in account suspension.

7. Payments & Cash and Carry Policy

BuyBulk India operates on a cash & carry basis. No credit terms are extended between buyers and sellers through the platform unless separately agreed and documented.

8. Platform Role

BuyBulk India facilitates listing, logistics, payments, inspection, insurance and promotion for deals executed on the platform, but is not a party to the underlying sale contract between buyer and seller.

9. Limitation of Liability

BuyBulk India is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent bidding, or misrepresenting inventory.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
